Community Guidelines
Lyfshort is an online community created to help inspire and coordinate participation in recreational activities. Whether it’s something simple like a fun run, going to a concert or meeting at a restaurant with a few friends to coordinating a detailed 4-week travel itinerary around Europe with a group of 10, Lyfshort has got you covered.
Lyfshorts digital tools help users quickly turn ideas into reality using a mobile device or web-browser. All the way from researching online, constructing an itinerary, inviting and communicating with participants to post-activity multimedia experience sharing and socialization.
Lyfshort’s community contains a diverse range of cultures, ages, and beliefs so please consider this carefully before sharing activities, images and videos and who you choose to share them with.
Post only your own authentic activities, images and videos and always follow the law. Respect everyone on Lyfshort, don’t spam people, use profanities or post nudity.

We created the Community Guidelines so, as a user, you can help us foster and protect this vibrant community. By using Lyfshort, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Use. We’re committed to these guidelines and behaviour which breach’s them may result in deleted content, disabled accounts, or other restrictions.
Lyfshort is a reflection of our diverse community of cultures, ages and beliefs. We have thought of the different points of view that create a safe environment for all of our users. Our goal is to encourage expression and provide a safe environment for our community to organise experiences as well as share moments.
Follow the law. Do not create and share activities that are illegal. We may work with law enforcement, including when we believe that there’s risk of physical harm or threat to public safety. Offering sexual services, buying or selling firearms and illegal or prescription drugs is also not allowed. Accounts promoting online gambling, online real money games of skill or online lotteries must get our prior written permission before using any of our products.
We have zero tolerance when it comes to promoting activities or sharing sexual content involving minors, terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups or threatening to post intimate images of others.
Share activities, images and videos that are appropriate for a diverse community.
We don’t allow nudity on Lyfshort. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse and genitals. This also includes some photos of female nipples. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures will be accepted.
Share photos and videos that you have taken or have the right to share. Post authentic content and remember to respect our diverse community.
People like to share photos or videos of their children. For safety reasons, there are times when we may remove images that show nude or partially-nude children. Even when this content is shared with good intentions, it could be used by others in unanticipated ways.
Be authentic, post activities, images and videos that you have created or are participating in. Help us keep the community spam free by not artificially creating activities or sending participant invitations that are not genuine. Only post images and videos you have the right to share.
Respect other Lyfshort users.
We foster a positive, diverse community. We remove content that contains hate speech, credible threats, content that targets private individuals to degrade or shame them, personal information meant to blackmail or harass someone, and repeated unwanted messages. We do not encourage violence or attack anyone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disabilities, or diseases.
Help Us If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines or Terms of Use please help us by emailing report@lyfshort.com. We have a team that reviews these reports and works to remove content that doesn’t meet our guidelines. Try to provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames, and descriptions of the content, so we can find and review it quickly.
We may work with law enforcement when we believe that there may be a risk of physical harm or a threat to public safety.
