Day 1 – Christ the Redeemer (Cristo Redentor) and Leblon Beach

Start your day early at the most famous point in Rio de Janeiro, the Christ the Redeemer! You should arrive very early to avoid huge lines. Buy your ticket and take the official van to the top, where you can see this marvellous statue for yourself! Finish your day at one of the beautiful beaches, such as Leblon! Experience the lively night life of Rio and have a nice dinner at one of the many restaurants around.

Day 2 – Historical Centre, Maracanã and Ipanema Beach

Take a walk around the historical centre of Rio de Janeiro, each street has its own story to tell. If you are a football fan, go to Maracana Stadium, where you can either watch a football game or do a tour. From there, check out the famous Escadaria Selarón, the worlds most beautiful staircase! End the day in one of the beaches, such as Ipanema.

Day 3 – Copacabana Beach, Sugarloaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar)

Start by enjoying the famous beach, Copacabana! Spend the day by the water and have lunch in one of the beach-side restaurants, they are delicious! After that, take the cable car up to the Sugarloaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar)! You will find a spectacular view of the city, Ipanema and Copacabana beaches as well as the Christ. At the top, you can relax, buy food and drink, all while appreciating the breathtaking sunset, alternatively explore the Red Beach next to the Mountain.
